A 40 minute instructor lead group class with some simple functional movements and cardio. Open to all ages and abilities. Simply turn up, get a sweat on and have some fun!

Basic Functional Movements

We keep things simple and don’t get technical and we keep to basic equipment e.g. Bikes, Rower, Dumbbells, Kettlebells.
